Solutions · Named account contracts

The rate you agreed
is the rate they get.

Named Account Contracts are promises. MeridianLogix keeps them automatically: upload the contract once against the client, and every quote for that client prices from it — exactly as signed.

One upload, standing order.

Attach the contract file to the client's profile. From then on, their enquiries price from that contract first — no one has to remember.

As agreed, to the cent.

Contract rates pass through untouched — no margin quietly added on top of a negotiated price. The quote names the contract it priced from.

Private to that client.

One client's contract can never price — or even be seen by — another client's quote. That privacy is enforced by the engine and locked by automated tests.

Off-contract lanes

Honest when the contract runs out.

  • A lane the contract doesn't cover falls back to your standard tariffs — loudly labelled as non-contract, never silently blended.
  • Expired contracts are rejected, not quietly reused.
  • Your team sees which book priced every line, so the client conversation is never a surprise.

Bring one client contract. See it price the next enquiry.

Bring one of your real freight RFQs to the demo. We'll show you how MeridianLogix reads it, checks it and builds the quote.

We take on a small number of forwarders at a time · Real rates · Operator approved
