About
Built inside freight.
Not inside a pitch deck.
MeridianLogix wasn't designed from a theoretical workflow. It was shaped around real RFQs, real carrier tariffs, real missing information, inconsistent spreadsheets and the decisions quoting teams make every day.
Why it exists
Watch a quoting desk for a day and the pattern is obvious: skilled operators spending most of their time re-typing details, hunting through rate sheets and chasing missing information — and only minutes actually deciding. MeridianLogix removes the repetitive work and leaves the judgement where it belongs: with the operator.
How it's built
Every real-world quoting mistake we've seen — wrong lane, expired tariff, mixed direction, guessed surcharge — became a permanent test in the rating engine. The product's rulebook is written from operations, not assumptions.
Who builds it
MeridianLogix is engineered and operated by Octava.Cloud, a cloud consultancy that runs production platforms on Microsoft Azure. The same team that builds the product runs its infrastructure.
Where it runs
Microsoft Azure, end to end — App Service, Static Web Apps, PostgreSQL and Azure DevOps CI/CD. Multi-tenant, multi-branch and responsive on mobile.
Turn the next RFQ into a quote.
Bring one of your real freight RFQs to the demo. We'll show you how MeridianLogix reads it, checks it and builds the quote.
We take on a small number of forwarders at a time · Real rates · Operator approved
