Keep your TMS.
Win the quote in front of it.

MeridianLogix is the quote layer, not another TMS. When a quote is accepted, it hands over a file your operations system imports — jobs, customs and invoicing stay exactly where they are today.

CargoWise

From accepted quote to CargoWise job.
No IT project.

Available now

1 · CargoWise-ready file

One click on the approved quote downloads a Universal Shipment XML — built on WiseTech's publicly documented schema — with ports on UN/LOCODEs, containers, weights, parties and every priced charge line at its sell amount. Import it into your own CargoWise. Nothing to install, nobody's permission to ask.

Pilot program

2 · Direct eAdapter push

Point MeridianLogix at your instance's inbound eAdapter endpoint and the accepted quote lands as a shipment without the download step — and the CargoWise job number comes back onto the quote, so the sync runs both ways. Built and ready — we switch it on together with your CargoWise administrator.

3 · Open API & webhooks

Per-company API keys and signed webhooks on quote created / approved / accepted, so any system — Magaya, Descartes, your own portal — pulls quotes, fetches the CargoWise file, or reacts the moment one is won.

Your codes, your instance

Charge codes map to yours.

Every CargoWise instance names its charge codes differently. In Settings you map our line descriptions to your codes once — ocean freight=FRT, terminal handling=THC — and every export uses them. Sensible defaults apply until you do.

  • The file carries the sell prices your operator approved — never a recalculation.
  • Unpriced or pending lines are left out, not exported as zeros.
  • Nothing leaves MeridianLogix without an operator clicking export.
  • Every export is stamped in the activity log — who, when, which quote.

Beyond the TMS

The quote's data, everywhere it's owed.

Early access

Microsoft Outlook

Quote without leaving the inbox: the Outlook add-in reads the enquiry you're looking at and prepares the quote beside it.

Via the open API

Accounting & ERP

A won quote already carries coded, priced charge lines — the quote accepted webhook tells your accounting or ERP system the moment it happens, and the API hands over the lines as the basis of the invoice. No re-keying.

Via the open API

CRM & sales pipeline

Quote created, approved, accepted — the same signed events that drive our reporting can feed the pipeline your sales team already runs.

Name yours.

One mechanism behind every name: CargoWise gets the native file today; everything else connects through the open API and signed webhooks — live now, wired up by your team or with ours.

Run something else? If it can receive a webhook or call a REST API, it can receive your quotes.

Works alongside any TMS.

CargoWise gets the native file today. Everyone else gets a clean CSV of coded charge lines — or the open API, live now.

Adopt without replacing.

No migration, no parallel running. MeridianLogix wins the quote; your TMS keeps the job, the customs entry and the invoice.

Email in, file out.

The full loop: client email in, priced quote out, accepted quote handed to operations as structured data — minutes, not re-keying.
