Gaps stay visible.
No valid rate? Rate on request. Missing information? Needs confirmation. Something blocking the quote? Action required. The operator always sees it.
The rules
What the engine will never do.
- Every rate must trace back to a row in one of your tariffs.
- Expired rate sheets are rejected, not quietly reused.
- A missing tariff produces "Rate on request", never a near match.
- Rates are only compared on the same canonical lane and basis.
